Anyone is able to apply for an at-large title and go straight to Internationals; however, if there is your state/national title is taken you will have to take a regional or nickname title.

Here's what we're planning so far for this year.

  • Register Before July 1st, 2025 and receive your State/National title for only $605 that’s $295 dollars off your international fees

  • International Ambassador Titles will be announced on June 1st, 2025

Eligibility

  1. Natural Born Female: All delegates must be natural-born females. A copy of the delegate’s birth certificate may be requested for age verification purposes.

  2. Age Requirement: Delegates must be within the specified age range for the competition. Age verification may be required.

  3. Registration Fees: All required registration and entry fees must be paid in full to secure eligibility to compete.

  4. Other Pageant Systems: Delegates may not hold an International or National title with any other pageant system during the competition.

  5. Moral Character: All delegates must demonstrate outstanding moral character and must not have any criminal history, felony charges, or legal convictions of any kind.

  6. Smoking and Alcohol:

    • Delegates under the legal age must refrain from smoking and drinking alcohol during their reign.

    • Delegates of legal age must refrain from smoking or drinking while representing International Outstanding Miss.

  7. Social Media: Delegates must maintain a positive and appropriate presence on social media, especially when wearing the International Outstanding Miss crown, sash, or merchandise featuring the organization’s name or logo.

  8. Marriage: Delegates must not be, nor have ever been, married or had a marriage annulled, unless participating in the Ms. Division.

  9. Pregnancy: Delegates must not be, nor have ever been, pregnant, except for those competing in the Ms. Division.

  10. Nude or Semi-Nude Photos: Delegates must never have posed or appeared in any nude or semi-nude photos or videos, whether in print or online.

  11. Judges' Decisions: All decisions of the judges at the Local, State, and International levels are final and binding. Delegates agree to follow all rules and regulations during the competition.

  12. Unsportsmanlike Conduct: Any unsportsmanlike behavior by a delegate, her family, or guests may result in disqualification, removal of title, and permanent ineligibility to compete in International Outstanding Miss. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

  13. Photographic Rights: Delegates grant International Outstanding Miss the right to use their photographs and likeness for marketing, media, and promotional purposes related to the competition.

  14. Filming and Broadcast Rights: Delegates agree to allow International Outstanding Miss to record, film, or broadcast any part of the competition through any form of media.

  15. Resignation or Forfeiture of Title: If selected as an international titleholder, the delegate agrees to return the following year to crown her successor and complete all required duties. Should a title be resigned or forfeited for any reason, all prizes must be returned in full and in their original condition.

  16. Completion of Obligations: Delegates who win the International title understand they will be ineligible to compete with any other pageant system until they have successfully completed all obligations and responsibilities with International Outstanding Miss.

  17. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to International Outstanding Miss, including but not limited to registration fees, deposits, optional event fees, and merchandise purchases, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes withdrawal, disqualification, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the program.

  18. Injury and Liability: International Outstanding Miss is not liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after participation in any International Outstanding Miss event. All delegates and their guardians (if applicable) assume full responsibility for their well-being, travel, accommodations, and any associated risks. By participating, all delegates and their guardians (if under 18) acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk. International Outstanding Miss, its directors, affiliates, staff, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, or theft that may occur during or in connection with participation in any event, travel, or activity related to the program.

  19. Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, venue closures, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseeable events beyond the control of International Outstanding Miss, the organization reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the pageant or any affiliated event without prior notice or refund. We will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust as necessary, but no guarantees are expressed or implied.

  20. Indemnity Clause: Delegates agree to indemnify and hold harmless International Outstanding Miss, its directors, officers, staff, and agents, from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation in the event, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage incurred during travel or competition.

Parental/Guardian Consent (For Minor Delegates)

  1. Consent: Delegates under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate. By registering, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to all rules, policies, and responsibilities outlined by International Outstanding Miss on behalf of the delegate.

Acknowledgment of Agreement

By Registering, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules and guidelines outlined in this document. I agree to compete in the 2025 International Outstanding Miss Pageant and abide by all terms and conditions. If I am unable to fulfill these obligations, I will notify the International office immediately and will be subject to a withdrawal fee.
